‘I can’t believe this is real’: My first time seeing The Beatles’ new album cover
My first exposure to the cover art for the new album by the Beatles, “My Sweet Lord,” was a shock.
In fact, I was just starting to learn that the band’s new album had been released.
As the title suggests, the album was about love and war.
But the album cover had been a long time in the making.
In the 1960s, the band used the famous artwork for their first album, “All You Need Is Love.”
That was a time when the Beatles were still trying to make a living and had a reputation for being one of the most prolific rock bands of all time.
In 1964, the Rolling Stones released “Taurus,” a song that was written and recorded in London during the period that they were recording The Beatles.
But “All I Need” had been the inspiration for the band to create the cover for their fourth album, The Beatles: Here Comes the Sun.
“I was a little bit surprised to see a cover for an album, but I really liked it,” said musician, singer, songwriter, and producer Paul McCartney.
“The band’s never been shy about creating artwork and the cover was a good one.
It was really well done.”
McCartney said that when he first saw the cover, he thought it was a bit of a joke.
“It was just an odd design for the cover,” he said.
“But I thought, it looks pretty good and it’s just a lot of fun.”
The cover, made by Frank Waugh, was a one-of-a-kind piece of art.
McCartney said it was “so different to anything we had done before” and the Beatles didn’t get much credit for creating it.
But it has become one of their most famous covers.
The cover is a depiction of a woman with a white ribbon and an American flag around her neck.
In a scene from “My Generation,” a woman walks on the balcony of a building and looks down to a balcony above her.
She says, “I’m the one with the ribbon.”
The woman is holding a piece of paper in her right hand and a knife in her left.
Her face is covered in an American symbol, the Star of David, with the letters A through G in white.
Her hair is in a ponytail and she is wearing a white shirt with a red tie.
The camera focuses on her.
“All the women on this balcony are waving the Star in their hands, and it shows them holding it,” McCartney said.
The image has become so popular that it has been used in a number of songs, including “You Can’t Always Get What You Want,” by the Rolling Stone, and “The Long and Winding Road,” by country singer Willie Nelson.
The Beatles created the iconic cover as a tribute to the song, “Tuscan Sun.”
It was written by Waugh in the summer of 1962 and originally called “Tasmanian Sun.”
The album cover was designed by photographer Norman Foster and is titled “The Sun.”
“The cover is like the song in that it’s about the sun,” said McCartney.
The band decided to use the image for their album cover after they heard that Waugh was working on the cover.
“He’d done all the other covers and we were all thinking, ‘Well, we’ve got to do this one,’ ” McCartney said of the inspiration behind the cover design.
“That was really the one that really struck me.”
The image was meant to be a sort of statement on the world.
It said that the sun was just one part of a bigger picture.
The artist, Waugh said that he wanted to make it a “message of hope.”
The photo was printed on the back of the album.
McCartney remembered that Wugh’s idea was to use a photograph of a star and a starfish, and to add a word: “Star.”
He thought the word would be something to be proud of.
“You know, I’m proud of a lot, but ‘Star’ was just a word,” he added.
McCartney and his bandmates said they used Waugh’s original image because he was so talented.
“And I think he had a really good eye,” said Paul McCartney, who was on the tour at the time.
“As soon as he saw the picture, he knew what he wanted and that’s how he designed it.
He used that image as a sort and symbol.”
The Beatles are not the only ones to use Waugh.
“We used a photo of the sun when we were going to play in France, and we did a little dance when we played,” McCartney explained.
“So he was a big influence on us.
And that was an amazing photo.”
“It’s one of those images that’s been so successful, I’ve been thinking about it a lot,” said John Lennon.
“In the U.K., they’ve done a lot on this thing, and people are talking about it now
