With a new song that sounds like a whiz-bang dance move, Coldplay have released a new video for their sophomore album ‘Whissie’.
In the clip, frontman Rascal flatters a camera with his face and hair as he is shown pulling off a dance move.
The video, which has been viewed over 10 million times, shows the pop star with a face full of a whipped cream, a cigarette, and a bottle of whiskey.
Coldplay are currently promoting their next album ‘Bored To Death’, and have been promoting the track for a while, which was released last month.
In the video, Coldplays voice is heard asking fans to keep the song up, which fans responded to by singing along to the tune.
Coldplaying have also released their third single ‘Basket Case’, which was recently included on the soundtrack for the hit BBC drama series Black Mirror.
Written by James Dymond and directed by Michael Green, the song follows a couple who are forced to sell their home due to their poor credit rating.
The song features a chorus of the lyrics: “It’s the only thing that keeps me alive, it’s my soul/And that’s the reason I want to keep it up/Basket case, basket case, we’ll never let it go.”
The video for ‘Whistie’ has already racked up over 10.5 million views and the band have already confirmed their second full album.
